Remove remaining drywall on wall coverings and ceiling,
Tear down any frame work around hvac
Remove cabinets mounted on ceiling and base cabinets/countertop.
**INSTALLATION**
(Electrical)
Move 5 plugs down to 18” from floor, replace aluminum wire supplying said plugs with 14/2 copper , connecting to j box with existing copper wiring coming from service panel. Move location of laundry area plug from ceiling to wall mount
**Add 2-3 plugs where customer wants additional plugs NO CHARGE**
(Construction)
Spray ceiling and everything in ceiling black
Install 14 recessed lights controlled by 2 separate switches , 4 in bedroom
10 throughout remaining basement area.
Install drywall throughout basement in family room area and bedroom small hallway like area approx. 670 sq. Ft.
