Add recessed lighting times 15 lights will include running wire from power source of existing lights to recessed lighting installation

Frame and drywall laundry room, 10‘1“X 6‘10“ will have to relocate underground pipe for drainage approximately 5 feet and relocate laundry tub and water supply approximately 5 feet as well. Add 2 outlet receptacles. Vent fan and lighting. Relocate gas and electrical to this room approximately 10 feet.
