1) repair skim peeling paint on stairwell two second floor, repair broken in various spots in same stairwell, also finish off Previous started drywall repair in said stairwell.

2) Re-drywall linen closet, located in hallway and make an access panel for tub, plumbing, repair, archway, and trim out.

3) Play over new drywall on existing plaster ceiling in Second floor hallway and stairwell

4) Replace drywall on the wall in stairwell to the basement

5) Plane/cut down door to front foyer so that it properly opens and closes
