🔴Danny Farmer : we decided that tearing open the ceiling isn’t the solution so after they get back from vacation, I will go on the roof and rework the flashing and seal the leak and then see if it leaks further so we won’t be able to actually get a quote until the 28th
🔴Danny Farmer : as long as it doesn’t leak any further we will be able to move forward with repairs
🟢 Admin : Do we have a idea of what the scope of work will entail too?
🔴Danny Farmer : I won’t really know until I get up on the roof in person

🔴Danny Farmer : Pretty much yes till i can physically get onto the roof and check out the issue

🔴Danny Farmer : She had it scheduled in her calendar for yesterday so she is at work this morning. She will call me when she gets off work today so I can go over there later.

🔴Danny Farmer : She did end up calling me back. I went over to look at it. I really can’t figure out where the leak is at. She doesn’t wanna open up the ceiling anymore because it’s a roof issue.
