Notes/Concerns:
1. All interior framing was done by homeowner and set horizontally, so all vertical seams will have 3-4 screws (may cause uneven finish), unless framed for proper installation.
2. Homeowner is taking responsibility for removing items 6' away from wall for ease of access and for material delivery.
3. Home owner is taking responsibility for removing anything attached to the walls such as plywood, motion lights, and anything obstructing the drywall installation.
4. Garage has no heat and is only heated by propane/kerosene heaters, so could be potential issue for cracking at joints if heaters are to turn off before properly drying
